1. Services: Subhweddings provides personalized matchmaking services, including Hindu, Sikh, Punjabi, Late Marriage, Re-Marriage, and NRI matrimonial services, as described on our website.
2. User Eligibility: By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are registering solely for the purpose of finding a spouse, or are a parent registering on behalf of your child with their explicit permission.
3. Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of our services. Misleading or untruthful information (e.g., incorrect age, location, religion) may result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Privacy & Confidentiality: You agree to keep all information provided by other members private and confidential and will not share it with third parties without their permission.
5. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to request money or any financial assistance from other members. Any such attempt, or any abuse towards staff (e.g., rude, offensive messages), or attempts to take conversations off-site prematurely, will result in immediate account ban without refund.
6. Profile Approval: Profiles are reviewed within 24 hours. Suspicious or fraudulent profiles will be rejected and banned permanently without refund.
7. Changes to Terms: Subhweddings reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Refund Policy

All sales on Subhweddings.com are final. We do NOT refund any payment to any member for any reason whatsoever, EXCEPT in the case of a verifiable error on Subhweddings’ part.

By creating an account and agreeing to our terms and conditions, you explicitly agree to this Refund Policy.

• No Refunds for Change of Mind/Usage: We do not offer refunds if you decide you no longer wish to use our service, for unused portions of your subscription, or if you wish to switch to a discounted offer after paying in full.
• Automatic Rebill: Monthly subscriptions automatically rebill. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership before the scheduled re-bill date if you do not wish to be billed again. Failure to do so will not result in a refund for payments made due to your oversight.
• Violations: No refunds will be issued for accounts banned due to:

  • Providing misleading or untruthful profile information.
  • Requesting money from other members.
  • Abuse towards staff.
  • Attempting to take conversations off-site prematurely.
  • Failure to adhere to our terms and conditions.
• Error on Our Part: In the highly unlikely event of a payment being made but not reflected in our systems, or a verifiable error directly attributable to Subhweddings, please contact us at Support@subhweddings.com to raise a query. Any refunds issued in such cases will be processed within 14 days of the initial refund request.
• Service Satisfaction: While we do not offer monetary refunds, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you have genuine concerns about the service received, please reach out to our team via call or email. We will strive to rectify the situation or provide an alternative solution to ensure your satisfaction.
